We want you to love your purchase from Ferraux. If you're not satisfied, here's how returns work:

Returns:

• You can return items within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, in original packaging

• Email info@ferraux.com and start a return at https://www.ferraux.com/a/return

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@ferraux.com

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards

• Used or damaged products
